Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Max Soti Memorial Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 99-4586659). All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt for your records.

Who is eligible for the scholarship?

The scholarship is open to all graduating seniors at Plano High School who demonstrate commitment, resilience, and community involvement. There is no minimum GPA requirement.

When is the application deadline?

Applications open each January and are due by April 1. Selection and award notification take place later in April. Email maxsotimemorial@gmail.com with any questions.

How can I volunteer?

Email info@maxsotimemorialllc.us with "Volunteer" in the subject line. No special skills needed—we welcome anyone willing to help with events, outreach, or scholarship review.

Can my business sponsor an event?

Yes! Sponsorship tiers for the #56 Memorial Ride and Summer Cookout start at $250, with benefits including logo placement and event recognition. Contact us for details.
